This is Changzhi, the starting point of China's UHV, Changzhi Power Supply Company, which guards Changzhi Power Grid and more than 1.2 million local electricity customers, is coordinating all parties to fully promote the coordination of the 1,000 kV supporting project of the Changzhi Station Power Plant.

The 1000 kV transmission supporting project of Changzhi Station Power Plant will expand two 1000 kV outlet intervals in Changzhi UHV Station, and at the same time build three sections of 1000 kV UHV AC transmission line projects from Luguang Power Plant to Zhaozhuang Power Plant, Zhaozhuang Power Plant to Changzhi UHV Station, and Zhangze Power Plant to Changzhi UHV Station. The total investment of the project is about 1.52 billion yuan, the total length of the line is about 105.2 kilometers, the iron tower is 243 bases, after completion, the power generation of the three major power plants of Luguang Power Plant, Zhaozhuang Power Plant and Zhangze Power Plant will be integrated into the Central China Power Grid with the help of 1000 kV UHV, which will further promote Shanxi to achieve "turning coal transmission into power transmission" to take an important step.

Referring to the Shanghai Miao-Shandong UHV territorial coordination experience, Changzhi Power Supply Company took the initiative to communicate and report to the main leaders of the municipal and county governments through multiple channels and dimensions, effectively conveyed the political significance and construction significance of the project construction, actively sought government support, and strengthened the coordination and leading role of the leading group of the territorial government construction. Establish and improve the "government-led" territorial policy handling working mechanism, entrust the government to undertake the signing of land acquisition, demolition and relocation agreements and fee payment matters in the process of project construction, provide mechanism guarantee for the implementation of land use formalities, the signing of route agreements, and the start of construction on time, so as to create a good external environment for UHV construction.

The UHV project involves Changzi County, Tunliu District and Luzhou District, and Changzi County, where the UHV substation is located, undertakes the coordination task of covering a total area of 51 acres and 124 base towers with a 1,000 kV outlet interval, covering all 8 townships in Changzi County.

In order to ensure the smooth development of territorial coordination, Changzi County Power Supply Company established the coordination work as the overall key work, and the team members were guaranteed in sections, and the power supply station to which it belonged was focused on implementation, and targeted coordination work was carried out. In order to further reduce the misunderstanding caused by information asymmetry in the coordination process, the company also invited third-party assessment companies to participate in the coordination work through the government platform, further eliminating the doubts of land acquisition targets and playing a positive role in accelerating the coordination work.

Full fire in the front, sufficient supplies in the rear. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the coordination work, the Construction Department of Changzhi Power Supply Company instructed special personnel to open a special account for the coordination and promotion of UHV land, improve the "sign first and build later" work process, and ensure that the forward coordination work has sufficient funds and the use of funds is in compliance with the law.

"Actually, land coordination is ultimately a matter of trust." Users involved in land coordination from the beginning of the acceptance, to the willingness to understand the situation, to sign the consent, each household must visit the door at least three times, however, Li Gongjun is full of patience with these, "not twice, one by one, it will definitely be completed." Thinking from the other side's point of view, Changzhi Power Supply Company's land coordination work in the early stage of UHV expansion is advancing in an orderly manner, up to now, a total of 79 bases have been coordinated to enter the site, and all the substation interval expansion sites have been handed over.
