ZN85-40.5/T2000-31.5 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5KV power party organizations at all levels of the charge, can be used by industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations as divided load current, overload current, fault current.
The circuit breaker and the operating mechanism adopt an upper and lower arrangement structure, which effectively reduces the depth of the circuit breaker.
The three-phase arc extinguishing chamber and the connected charged body are isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulating cylinders to form a composite insulation structure, and the circuit breaker meets the requirements of air distance and climbing distance under normal operating conditions, and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker. The main electric circuit vacuum circuit breaker arc extinguishing chamber and dynamic and static conductive connection are installed in the insulating cylinder, so that the phase spacing is only 300mm, and the main circuit electric chlorine connection is all fixed connection, which has high reliability. The insulating cylinder is installed above the circuit breaker frame.
The spring operating mechanism specially designed for this new circuit breaker, installed in the frame of the circuit breaker, its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower arrangement of the circuit breaker, and become an inseparable part of the overall structure of the circuit breaker. The mechanism design is simple, and the output curve and its performance are more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker.
